    In January of 2023 I contracted with Mr. **** to re-side my home, install all new windows (10) & install a new front and back door. I saved for YEARS for this project with great hopes & paid Mr. **** 49K for the job. They guaranteed me the "Best of the best" in ****************** I would have LIFETIME warrantees on all products & services. My house would be "beautiful!" I received NOTHING of the kind. Mr. **** has caused SO much damage to my home, life & finances that as a retiree- I may NEVER recover from this nightmare. The boys who worked on my home were totally inexperienced. The siding cuts were atrocious- crooked, rough & very uneven. They sided the doorbell into the wall of the house. They caused a MAJOR gas leak damaging pipes. Most of my home had to be RE-SIDED! I still have crooked windows with cracking caulk smeared over the seams. All of the windows were installed improperly too- quickly screwed into the old frames with NO checking to see if they were plum, level or squared & with little insulation. I spent the winter of 2023 with snow and ice coming through the ************ doors- w/ ice forming in my windows. Mr. **** ignored my calls & texts. My prayers kept me alive. I called Mr. **** AGAIN in November of 2024 and told them my *************** were STILL leaking air & still were covered in plastic (I haven't been able to look out my front window in 2 years) They "laughed" at me & hung up the phone! I wrote a formal letter to them listing ALL the damages they have caused to my home, life, health & finances. I explained that I needed to hire a CAPABLE company to repair the damages done- and at LEAST have new windows installed. I didn't feel safe having them return- after all the disrespect, gaslighting, deception and unprofessionalism I experienced. I lost two years of my life living in a "tent". I made a request for monetary compensation which has been ignored. So much for being a "customer for life" & for the promise "We will take GOOD care of you!"

    My roof was replaced by this company. I have an 18 year warranty on my roof and now the owner refuses to fix two leaks in my roof

    Hello,
    I am writing in response to the e-mail that I received from you dated May 21, 2024.
     For some reason I did not receive your request for more details on my case, I only found out that you needed more information after I received an e-mail informing me that my case had been closed.

    I would like to have my case reopened, if possible.

    I read the response from Mr. **************** style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Greg L Construction Inc.  They are lying about not having any knowledge of me.  If they dont have me in their system, its because they deleted my information from their system. The problem that I have been having with leaks started in 2017 and still continue to this day.
    I originally signed the contract with them when they were under name of Greg L Construction ****  I am attaching a copy of the contract that I signed.  One of the sheets that I signed had the length of my warranty with them, **** kept it when he gave me a copy of the contract.  I didn't notice that he kept that page until I needed to make a copy of my contract for this complaint.

    I am also attaching my payment statement from the bank that I took a loan from for the roof.
    I am also including a printout from the Better Business Bureau, showing that Mr. **** is also known as Greg L Construction. 
    I am including a printout showing some of my contacts that I had with **** both while they were Greg L Construction **** and contacts that I had with them under their current name.  I am including a few e-mails showing that I was in contact with them after they changed their name to Mr. ****.
    I think it is also worth me mentioning, their business has changed names 3 times, but they still have the same license number even though they changed the companys name.  License #'s ********** & **********

    Other information that I found in my notes
    :
    Greg L Construction Inc/Platinum construction is now Mr. ****

    **** first leaked in 2017, could not find documentation for it.

    Reported 2nd roof leaking 11/27/18 to ****, No one showed up
    Spoke to **** on 11/28/18 **** sent out a repair person

    Another roof leak
    Called **** on 4/4/23 spoke to ****
    No call back from ****
    Called again 4/6/23 spoke to ****. he said that **** was aware of the leak
    Asked **** to put me in their system.
    **** came to my house a week later and put caulking on the roof where that leak was.

    The roof leaked again this year in the front of the house and kitchen.  **** came to my house and informed me that the leaks was caused by ice damming, and he was not going to do the repairs to the roof.
    **** came out last 3/29/24

    -did not ask us what color roof we wanted -changed our contract after we signed it -ignored our calls & emails -finally responded after we threatened legal action and said "your project has been completed to all specifications that were agreed upon" (even though I provided proof that I didn't agree to the color)1. Job was not completed correctly (wrong color)2.     To Whom it May *********************    We have been in regular communication with this customer throughout the process as always. The customer hired us to complete a roofing job for them. We inspected the job, ordered the materials, and scheduled the installation with the customer. We completed that job as agreed to by all parties. The customer signed the completion form indicating that the project was completed to their satisfaction. After the job was completed the customer then claimed that they had never chosen a color. That was extremely unusual as all customers for all projects are shown product samples and must choose a color before we will even give them an estimate, let alone actually schedule an installation. We could not understand how anyone could schedule an installation with us and never once mention or claim that they never chose a color. No communication from the customer was ever ignored. All calls and emails were responded to promptly. The customer has never mentioned what they want or any way that we could remedy the situation. We are happy to regularly go above and beyond to please all our customers. We would have been more than happy to further help this customer with any way that we could make them happy, but no such option was ever afforded to us.

    We are rejecting Mr. ***** response because they have made numerous false claims and blamed us (the customers) for THEIR mistakes.  We attached a document that outlines their claims vs. ours as well as evidence that backs up our claims.

    We regret that the customer disagrees with the facts of this matter. Their roof was completed as agreed upon at a deeply discounted price. Our team was in constant contact with them at all times through the process. All issues were resolved with the customer before they signed the completion form.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have provided proof to my claims (this company altered the contract after we signed it, they ignored our emails, they refused to offer a solution to their mistake).  They keep writing back and saying that we're "not acknowledging the facts."  My question is WHERE IS THEIR PROOF TO BACK UP THEIR CLAIMS?  What have they provided that shows they've provided A+/five star customer service?  Like I said, we've provided ACTUAL PROOF that shows they treated us badly, and all they continue to do is say we're making stuff up.  It's not fair that they get to continue saying they have an "A+/five star rating" on BBB and dupe potential customers.  According to Yelp, we are not alone in our feelings about this company.  Just SAYING you're a good company isn't good enough; you need to actually follow through with good service, and this company has not done that (evidenced by the proof we've attached that supports our claims).
