      Avoid using them for storage.They mis-lead me about several costs that they charged when storing my boat for the first time for indoor heated storage. Excessive charges for "Shop Supplies". When confronted, they just said they can charge up to $75. per invoice depending on the cost of the invoice. I had 2 invoices and they charges the max on both. I had water/fuel filter separators replaced 3 months before they serviced it for winterization and they replaced them again and charged me, saying the fine print in the winterization wording says they can replace them. They charged me over $1,000 and other places charged me only the cost of storage, Not any additional charges.They charge you to disconnect the batteries and charge again to reconnect the batteries, Total rip off.I have had my boat stored in 2 other marinas, heated storage and never had the engines drained, etc. In my opinion they are ripping off the public.

      Winthrop Harbor Dry stack - avoid it like the plague. Well I guess if you ********* communication and finding your boat covered in greasy soot ( of course rubbed into the vinyl and gelcoat if they do any work on it) then this is your place. Only worried about collecting their fees. Worst boat experience I have had in well over 30 years of boating.

      After my boat got winterized I picked it up and launched it on my lake , but the lower end was leaking. I found a big patch of oil on the lake, I took the boat back and told them something is not right. They were maintaining the boat for the past 3 years , I even bought the boat from them. This season they changed the empolar prior all the liquids and did all the maintenance. So Im wondering how they didnt see any leakage and how they gave me a leaking boat? And now they are trying to charge me 1300$ to repair it when it was their mistake. I think this is unfair because it is a mistake on their end and they are trying to charge me for it!
