    Hired *** in August of 2023 to replace roof and siding on my house. He completed the roof after a few delays so I waited for the siding to be scheduled.From approximately October 2023 until now he has been giving lie after lie on why the siding was delayed (manufacturer shut down for the month of February, manufacturer sent the wrong color siding, work computers were down, etc) and ignored all requests for proof of each delay.Finaly in June, he scheduled the work for the 28th. The crew never showed up and when questioned he said he had waited for them for an hour (he was never at my house) and that he could not get ahold of them. He claims he gave them $18,000 of my money from the job to get the material and cover the remaining labor. He claims he has nothing but a first name for the ******* because he had been paying him cash for the last *********************************************************************************** addition, after having the completed work (the roof) looked at, it was brought to my attention that there is no plywood under the shingles (which he confirmed via text) and that the ridge vent was installed incorrectly so the changes of insurance approving the inspection of the work on the roof is low.
