    Preformed diagnostic on power steering finished diagnostic brought the truck to the garage area and hand me the keys. The power steering is locked up cannot drive the truck not willing to help.

    We are quite surprised to see this complaint as we handled everything before he left our location. This complaint should be deleted.

    Per our service manager: This customer declined repairs on his power steering rack. I spoke to him before he left, and we resolved his issue. This should no longer be an issue. I credited his diagnostic and we are installing the rack and pinion. He is paying for the part. We are taking care of the labor.

    In March of 2024, we signed leasing documents to buy a car. After a month, we hadnt received a statement for payment, so we called the dealership and they said they would look into it. We followed up multiple times with no resolution. Finally in June they sent us an updated agreement but it showed we owed ***** in cash up front which was not the initial agreement. The finance manager **** stated we wouldnt have to pay and the dealership would cover it. I asked for this in writing which **** refused to provide. I have contacted the company multiple times and no one has resolved our issue

    Last July 2021 I purchased a vehicle from Ed *********************** in November 2021 i was involved in an accident and took my vehicle to Ed ********************** collision center at that time. My vehicle was fixed and ready for pick up on Christmas Eve 2021. Since then I have had to take it back to them 3 different times because my fog light didnt work. I had to miss work and find transportation for a time or 2 as well as they supplied me with a loaner at one time. In April 2022 was the last time it went to shop for same fog light issue and at that time 4 days later my driver side window stopped working along with the same fog light for the 4th time. The manager at that point stated that I would need to bring my vehicle back and have the service center hook it up to computer to see if it was due to wreck or not. I went in and they supplied me with a loaner vehicle for the afternoon, when I went to pick up my vehicle they said it was not related to the wreck and said the charge for loaner and computer check was ******, I then let them know that I was not informed of any fee for this and I already knew it didnt work. Since that day I have received 2 bills for ****** I have called and spoke to the collision center and the service manager and requested a call back regarding debt with no response back from them. I was never informed prior to taking my vehicle in and I was NOT made aware of the fee the day I dropped it off. I can NOT get anyone to call me back regarding this debt. My fog light and window still doesnt work and I have had it looked at by another shop in which they said there is no way that the window should fail in a 2019 vehicle. I do not feel I owe this amount and I have been inconvenienced through this whole process and my vehicle still isnt fixed. If I was made aware of this charge prior to I would not have scheduled it. The fact that I have yet to get a response from them is frustrating. This is my 2nd car purchased from them and this is no way to treat someone that has came back.
