  I went in there to purchase a vehicle on or about 6/9/23 and found what I was looking for . I signed all the paperwork but was told to come back the next day because the truck needed to be detailed but to be honest it still wasn't much better. When I picked up the truck they had lost 1 set of keys and was told they would have a set made and mail them to me. the keys were sent to me postage due so I had to go to the post office to pick them up and then go back to the dealer to get my money back for the keys. Then a few days before my paper tag ran out I contacted the dealer and asked where my paper work was and they said they would get back to me which they did. I was told that when they sent a check to pay the previous loan off there was still an outstanding balance and that they would get that taken care of asap. I asked about what I would do about not having proper plate and they said they would send me 1 but they sent it by a courier company and they left notes on my front door but I don't use my door so I knew nothing about it and since the package had to be signed for and I was at work it didn't happen. I then got back with the dealer and was told they would deliver it to my house which they did(this was the only thing in this process that was done in a timely manner).So approximately 9 weeks after the date of purchase they finally got the paperwork in and I had to go get it because I didn't want them s******* that up also. I went to get the plates transferred and the very next day they were calling me to see when they were going to get their dealer plate back even though I had waited all this time to get my things taken care of all they cared about was them selves. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone because they clearly don't have a clue as to what they're doing in all aspects of their business.

  I negotiated a deal With ****** the Cadillac manager and we agreed on a price,And I told him I was pre approved for the loan.He stated that was fine and 5 Minutes later he says a guy just came in the dealership to buy the car.But he had told me not to come to the dealership because his.Finance manger had the car in it was his day off.And the car wouldnt be back until tomorrow. I agree to put a ****** deposit down.But he told me to give him 10 minutes when in return he sold it to the guy .That came to the dealership.And then text me it was sold.
