    ****** overslept and was very disrespectful. Rude, untrustworthy, and hard to communicate with.

    ****** did not oversleep. ****** ran an emergency call for a local restuarant that could not open without being serviced. Appointment was scheduled between the hours 8am & 10 am. Customer was advised he would receive a call 30 minutes in advance of arrival. At 8:26 am ****** received a phone call from the customer cursing him because he was not there. He tried explaining he had an emergency call and would be there after that call within the scheduled time of between 8 & 10 am. We also received text messages from the customer. The office was closed due to being a holiday weekend (Easter) with only on call service available. Over the weekend messages were received and responded to the customer at 5:31 am Monday morning upon arrival in the office. As of 8:41am we have not received any further communication from customer as we have tried to rectify the situation.

    If I could give 10000 stars, I would. My hot water heater went out on a Monday and luckily it was under manufacturer warranty, so they expedited a new gas valve to fix the problem. Flanagans was recommended to me so I gave them a call and let them know when the part would be there. Days went by and the part still hadn't shown up, so I kept them updated with what was happening. On Friday I got a call from Erin from the company (shout-out girl I owe you a kiss on your little face) and she had realized they had the part that would work and I could finally take a warm shower. She sent someone out within hours to fix the water heater. I'll absolutely be using them anytime I need something done at my house!
