    Won't pay their bills to brokers and carriers. Avoid at all costs! Their response to payment inquiries is simply that they don't have the money to pay. When they do make a promise to pay, they don't keep their word. Deceitful management and unresponsive employees.

    This company does not pay. We are set up on net 45 and it's going on 120 days since we invoiced them for payment. When I call AP the *** told me he just didn't have the money to pay me and inform me he was waiting on people to pay him aswell and how he had money owed to him. He stated to me that time are hard and he just didn't have the funds to pay and just keep calling every week to see if anything changed....but yet they are moving loads everyday.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. Hauled several loads for them with over $20k in freight charges - I am a broker and paid my carriers. Just turned them in to collections - invoices at ******* days with Net 45 terms. STAY AWAY!!!

    WE DID OVER 50 LOADS FOR NSSC IN 2022/2023 AND HAVE ONLY BEEN PAID FOR ABOUT 10 LOADS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. IF ANYONE NEEDS PROOF THAT THEY OWE ME YOU CAN REPLY TO THIS REVIEW AND I WILL BE GLAD TO SHARE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. NATIONAL SALVAGE & SERVICE CORP.

    I hauled a load for them back in July of 2023. I was aware of the 45 days to pay. The invoice that I billed them for was for $975 and as of this day I dont get any responses from accounts payable, nor the inquiries email they provide. *** left messages on their voicemail and no responses.
