    **** **** came out to repair my air conditioner, and he
    wasn’t here when he said he would be here. He charged me $700.00 for the work,
    but he said he wasn’t charging me for the truck usage. However, there was a
    $95.00 charge along with other charges. . The air conditioner wasn’t putting
    out enough cool air. He didn’t tell me that he added about five pounds of freon
    into the unit, and he said that the unit was about five pounds short. Train
    said there’s no way that the unit should have been five pounds short unless
    there were a leak, but there’s no evidence of a leak. After he finished the
    work, he put the plastic top back on the unit, and he tightened the screw so
    tight that he broke the plastic top. He told me to put a washer on top and not
    to bother him again. He was rude and addressed me with profanities.
