      Hello, I have a disability, my dog is my **** Per *** I have the right to have her in my home living and not be questioned or demanded proof of information on her. This apartment complex ************ has since I moved in, has been requesting information from me and leaving multiple letters on my door I come home to. Im getting very upset about this incident thats been ongoing with this apartment complex. They already requested her shot records so the vet sent those over for me. But this is unacceptable and not right of them to do this. I will be filing a lawsuit against them if need be. Please help me in this situation. Thank you.

      This resident has live in attendants who resident with her who have now moved in their dog. The site is just asking for the proper paperwork to verify that is it an *** due to the dog being over the weight limit and on the breed restriction list. They have refused to do so, so the office has sent letter to get this completed or the dog would need to be removed. The cooperation of the resident would be appreciated. thank you

      I stopped in the office today to pick up a package and turn in my rent check and afterwards I received a call where I was informed that I have an unpaid balance on my account for June, July and August.Although I have made my full rental payment of $2,060 a month, somehow I owe a balance of close to $400. I was told "we have just been letting it slide" and then was rushed to have it paid by end of day or I would have more fees. I was never once informed about any additional balance owed, no notices have been put on my door, I haven't received any emails and I would still not know about this balance owed had I not stopped in today. I have been requesting access to the tenant portal to ensure I am up to date with all payments for over 2 months, which I have kept record of, with no resolution. I am unable to access any rental or payment information due to this issue. Since I have brought this to managements attention multiple times with no assistance, I have paid my base rent on time each month. Unfortunately, since your team was unable to notify me of any unpaid balance in a timely matter and had not communicated anything to me in those 3 months, I don't feel comfortable making any payment at this time. Calling the office has not been helpful since no one ever answers the phone and I don't have time to stop into the office every month to confirm you all have done your job. I was told today that my September payment would not be accepted until my past due balance was paid. According to the Georgia Landlord Tenant handbook, page 23, states " Also, if the landlord accepts payment in the current month, they cannot evict for past unpaid months." It's extremely unethical and borderline illegal to threaten late fee's and eviction due to mistakes your team decided to "let slide." Please advise how we can proceed. I have added you all to emails and called your corporate location over 10 times with no response.

      We conduct inspections on all apartments upon move out, yours was in very poor condition. the charges reflect the damage that was left behind and the replacements that were necessary to put the apartment back to original condition.

      I Live In Golf Pointe Apartments In ********, ****. This Has By Far Been The Worst Apartment Experience Ive Ever Had. The Leasing Agents Gave Out My Personal Information To Another Resident Who Told Me Out Her Own Mouth She Got The Information From Them. This Has Caused Me To Live In Consistent Turmoil. Ive Filed Multpile Complaints And Nothing Is Ever Done. To The Point Where It Escalated Last Night 8/28/24. Where A Neighbor Stood On My Porch And Threaten Me And To Take Me To Court Because Of A Banging Noise She Is Adament Is Coming From My House. The Same Banging Noise I Asked The Rent Office To Fix. They Disclosed To Her My Name, Age, And The Reason Why I Moved Out Of The Previous Apt I Lived In At This Same Complex. At This Point I Am Being Harrassed By My Neighbor And Her Family Because They Believe That My Autistic Son Is Jumping Around In The Middle Night. Every Single Time They Come To My Door My Son Is Asleep. So I Dont Know What Noise They Are Hearing Unless Its The Service Heater In My Apartment Or The Other Neighbors. Either Way The Leasing Office Does Nothing. I Asked For Pedcors Email To Inform Them Of These Incidents And Was Met With Resistance By The Leasing Staff. I Also Asked For A Thirty Day Notice Paper Which The Leasing Agent Threw At Me. This Place Is Horribly Managed By *****. She Literally Does Nothing, Every Complaint Is Swept Under The Rug. According To My Downstairs Neighbor Shes Filed Several Noise Complaints On Me And I Havent Received A Notice For Any Except 1. Thats How I Know They Arent Acknowledging Anyones, Including Mine, Complaints. And Not To Mention The Pool Here Hasnt Worked In The Last 2 *******, They Makeup Deadlines Whenever They Want And They Just Dont Do Their Job As A Leasing Office. I Will File A Complaint Everyday Until Someone Tells Me How My Downstairs Neighbor Know My Personal Information And That I Moved From One Complex To The Other.

      This is day 2 that weve come home to our apartment and its air conditioning went out. First day yesterday 8/25 we came home to reading of 82. Had it set to 68. Today we got home and it went higher to 89!!!! Not safe living conditions in this heat advisory issued. Our apartment complex ************. Is not doing anything about it. *** came out last night turned down the unit cooler. Said it would cool and be fine. Which it didnt!!!, because of today going up to 89!! He came out tonight again, said hed come back with a portable and he couldnt do anything about it. He has not returned tonight. Called him and he said no wed be fine.

      Ashley Estates is now claiming several years after we have moved out that we owe an outstanding balance of *****. We were never notified by mail , phone or email. We gave a forwarding address in which we are being told that we did not. On top of that we were on Section 8 , and Section 8 was never notified of any outstanding charges and obviously had a forwarding address for us as well. All the sudden this month I was notified by Credit Karma that this balance was added to my credit. When I called Ashley Estates to speak to them about this alleged amount I was told I didnt give a forwarding address so there was no where to send it. I asked to be sent an itemized list then detailing this alleged amount and the assistant manager currently working there stated she would look into since I said I wanted proof. I did say I would call back another day to speak to the main manger who she said was not there at the time. I called back a couple days later and spoke with the main manager currently there who the switched up the story and said she sent it to address at Ashley estates that we moved from since we supposedly gave no forwarding address and that if I had my mail to be forwarded to my new address then I should have received it. Then she also went on to refuse to give me the itemized list of these supposed damages that costed *****. Furthermore she was EXTREMELY rude and told me I was lying that the assistant manager did not say that she would look into it for me ( in which she did ) and also stated that she was sitting right there when I spoke to the assistant manager , even though she said the main manager wasnt there but yet they were sitting right next to each other ? We moved out in 2021 , and they did not send over this alleged amount to collections until the end of 2022. Never was sent any papers in the mail , given a phone call and or email. Section 8 was never notified either. It is my legal right to be given an itemized list of this alleged amount.

      Upon move out the former resident did not provide a forwarding address to send the security deposit disposition letter. The disposition was sent to last known address which is customary. Once we have waited past 30 days we customarily turn all cases over to our collection agency to make further attempts at notification and ultimately collection of any debt. If there were no damages or owed rent the former resident would have received a refund of their deposit but in this case there was a balance owed and the security deposit was forfeited. The former resident was advised by the office team to contact Better NOI for any further communication regarding this account.

      The deposit was only 300$ , a few weeks before move out we were quoted around that amount to fix the doors and blinds. So in which I was already not expecting the deposit back. Furthermore I still have not received proof of the alleged amount due caused to alleged damages. In which would need to be given to me in an itemized list. Which is still not be given to me. It is by law my right to get this paperwork. I did tell the manager at Ashley Estates that I would make a complaint due to the unprofessional behavior on her end , and I was told to go ahead that all complaints come back to her anyways . Very interesting how everything else Im saying is being disregarding. That shows you know you are in the wrong here. I will take this matter as far as it needs to be taken but legally I can not be charged of something that there is no proof of , you are still avoiding sending me the itemized list.

      I have been without proper working air for over 2 months. They have claimed to be working on it but there is no leasing office staff. My apartment was over 80 degrees this past weekend. No one was in the office Monday although they should have been open, and Saturday hours are never honored. This is an ongoing issue and they are expecting me to pay full rent for an apartment in which my son (10) and I sweat in. I dont get updates on the issue and again there is no staff at ***********. The entire staff was fired two weeks ago minus maintenance. An email was sent to corporate and I still havent received correspondence back from PEDCOR.

      We greatly apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate the opportunity to respond. The issue started out as a coil leak. The coil had to be ordered and replaced. The unit was pressure tested and found no leaks. A temporary unit was left to prevent the apartment from being without a source of air conditioning. Our Corporate Maintenance Specialist returned today and unfortunately found another leak during the troubleshooting process. As of today, the unit is holding pressure and cooling properly. It will be checked again today to assure it is functioning properly.Refrigerant also added to the unit today. The Property Manager reached out today to confirm the repairs were made and left a voicemail. As with all mechanical systems, the troubleshooting process can take additional time to make sure all repairs are completed and although the needed repairs were out of our control, we again apologize for the inconvenience.

      I applied back in May & was told it was doable to move in by the 15th which was perfect because my lease ended the 30th and my voucher expires the 10th of June never heard anything after 1 week so went in person they needed my paystubs again & BC I resubmitted next day, I was told she would work on my application that day and I would have an answer end of day never heard back so I left a voicemail was called back by someone else in front to be told they do applications in which they are received and mine was last one called a week later again no answer or returned call end of May i go in person I asked about update was told they put them on hold to catch up on other matters i expressed to them how my lease was ending soon they said i had plenty of time, so i stuck through. then they are back & forth w/ everything i submitted them, they needed pay stubs sent same day asked if there was anything else needed was told no next day they needed court orders for custody which I had already submitted to them, i sent it over a 2nd time asked if anything else was needed was told no, next week was told i need a work verification filled out 2nd time sending then saying it was wrong my work needed to email it to them work sent it same day 3rd time the next day needed a form filled out stating CS again 2nd time filled exactly as directions read next day told it was wrong to do again next day they want document from the GA stating im not getting CS once again already submitted to be told they no longer accept that form from GA and it needs to be a different one that take 10 days to receive. i sent everything asked for the first day i applied and asked what they needed to be fixed upfront instead of every day but you changed your forms what seems like constantly i paid app fee which I know wasn't alot but to a single mom of 3 fleeing DV it was alot assured me I had time now I am homeless with ******** feel it was purposely done and I was discriminated on

      The property manager will not even talk to me. I've had many maintenance issues that were not resolved and when maintenance came to fix things nothing was cleaned, and none of the repairs were finished. We scheduled an appointment to finish repairs so my wife took time off work, but they never showed up. This was seven days ago.I was overcharged for my last month's rent when I emailed the property manager she ignored me about the overcharge. I asked her to explain what this charge was about. She ignored me and now I see the problem was corrected from their website. This person does not belong in any sort of customer service position.
