      DO NOT USE!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I've bought multiple homes in three different states and have never dealt with a title company that has such horrible communication as them!! Its basically non-existent communications! No one ever picks up the phone and they dont send out a welcome email with closing details. They only send a random text message five days before closing that looks like a scam! They think they are current and relevant because they only text you, but if your someone who would like to have a person available to contact if issues arise. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!I will walk away from a sale than ever deal with this company again!
