      Unfortunately we had Mr ***** out to fix our refrigerator that wasnt cooling. After 2 house calls and several weeks he did fix the refrigerator so that it is cooling. Now my kitchen floor has been covered with water leaking from the refrigerator for over 24 hours. When we contacted him concerning the situation he was rude, unprofessional and even hung up the call. He has made no attempt to rectify the situation he caused. We have paid $600 for this incompetent service.

      Great service, great guy! He knew exactly what was wrong with my washing machine. It didn't take long to fix it and he answered all of my questions! He went above and beyond!

      We try our best and love Customer that understand we are here when and if you need our help In this case here we was able to help get customer up and running. Sometimes we can't and work with customer to see where we get them where they need to be Thank you and we look forward to helping each and every customer when they need us.
