  Valleyview RC BE WARNED!! very poor quality rude and very bad product support. Purchased a 3 inch spinner from ValleyView RC it was defective contacted them about problem their response was very unbusiness like. The spinner backplate was clearly drilled incorrectly holes were to small. See their response.   The customer claimed to us that spinner in question was the reason that his prop bolts sheared off and broke his propeller.  He requested to have his propeller replaced.
  The prop bolts will only shear off if the prop bolts are not tight.
  The Back plate of the spinner would not go on the 4 prop bolts if it were drilled incorrectly.
  Even if the back plate would go on tightly, it  should not have been used, and this is what the customer is claiming that sheared off the prop bolts. The final inspection should be up to the customer to determine if something is not right before they fly their airplane.  If instead the customer would have contacted us and told us his back plate was not drilled correctly and did not fit his engine, we would have gladly replaced it, but he decided to use it anyhow.  We were only contacted after he had already used the spinner that he claimed was drilled incorrectly.
