      I had my furnace worked on 10/24/23 By ******** from *************, he was in the house maybe 15 minutes, taped on motor with his s**** driver and it start right up, he stated it must have been stuck, he used no other parts or items, and left. I never received a bill until today 6/7/24 stating past due and I owe them $100.00.I called them they are now called Felger Mechanical out of ******** I explained to the person who answered the phone why Im just now getting a bill 8 months later for not even 15 minutes of time.He stated they have taken over and they charge $100.00 an hour.I feel Im being scammed since I never received a bill initially.This company needs investigated please and then listed as a scammer.

      Im sorry that feel that way.******* Mechanical has been owned by Felger Mechanical for nearly 4 years. We recently moved our office location and have expanded our service area. We do have a $100 minimum charge to drive to your location and diagnose the problem.This is very normal for the industry. Furthermore, most companies would have just sold you a new $900 inducer assembly or tried to sell you a new furnace.Although you had that option, our technician was honest and told you that it would likely work fine the rest of the season, and it did. As for the invoicing, your initial invoice and subsequent monthly statements have been going to the same email address that you filed this complaint with. Perhaps they are in your junk mail folder, but I have confirmed that they were sent. I would be glad to show you the emails at your request.  Im not sure what part of this situation makes you feel scammed. I would be glad to discuss this further if you would like.
