      I had Wheeler Mechanical put in a new furnace & A/C units last week. I am pleased with everyone who works for them. Friendly, professional, punctual & easy to work w/, explained all aspects of installation & use to my understanding. I would highly recommend Wheeler Mechanical for all your heating, cooling & plumbing needs.

      I used Wheeler Mechanical Services in 2019 to plumb my upstairs bathrooms, one of which had to be totally replaced and included a walk-in shower, two sinks, relocate a toilet, and plumb a whirlpool bathtub. The second bathroom was new, so hot and cold water had to be run to it before hooking up the fixtures. When they were finished, I noticed that the hot water in the shower was just a trickle, but the cold was ok. I explained this to them and they sent out someone to look at it. The tech told me he thought he could reverse the valve and make it work, a quick fix. It didn't work, I still had no hot water to the shower. They finished the work at the end of 2019 and to this day, they have never fixed it. I have never been able to use the shower and tub in that bathroom. I have called them on many occasions and even recently when they serviced my a/c, but still crickets. I also used them to install a new energy-efficient furnace and central air-conditioner for my upstairs, which included a 10 year warranty on each. I started the unit this year after changing the filter. The unit was on all day and never cooled my upstairs. I called them and they sent out a tech who was able to get it working. They sent me a bill for ******. I questioned Wheelers about the work and warranty, they told me that it was parts only and did not include labor. The tech's report:Serviced a/c and the filter was just changed ( by me)Compressor was not operating properly It was pulling 5 amps, but the low and high sides of my gauges were equal. I disconnected the fan while the unit was running, so it would drive up the head pressure. The compressor took off and started to work Although no parts were replaced, the compressor failed and the unit wouldn't work, I assumed that since they provided the services and the units that I paid them for, they would ensure the unit worked during the warranty period. I'm paying the ****** for the a/c service, It's still crickets on my bathroom issue.

      Thank you for your feedback, *********   We strive for 5 stars but we know that isn't always the case.  We are glad we were able to solve the issue with your shower valve you provided at installation in 2019 and explain that most manufacturer's warranty do not cover labor costs.  Thank you for giving us opportunity to quote more plumbing service work at your home.
