    I brought my scooter to Small Engines Unlimited in January of 2024 to be repaired. The company told me that my crank case and my battery and my ignition was bad and they needed to be replaced. 1 week later they contacted me and had me pick up my scooter , it had a ******* looking crank case and it seemed to have a charged battery . I was told that it was around $370 for all of the parts , however he told me that the ignition wasn't there yet and that once it was delivered in the mail he would replace it for me , I am having problems with the crank case and the battery as well as I haven't received the ignition at all. I think he charged me $370 and he only put a bandaid on it instead of replacing the parts . I want my money back .

    Replacement of his broken and busted cvt belt cover was done with a brand new cover and kick start assembly and his battery was taken and exchanged for a brand new battery! The ignition was also faulty and the new one I ordered and didn't come in for 2 weeks is here at my shop. He has since then tried to get out to my shop to get it installed but I have been out of town a lot with my other business and no help at my small engine shop to take care of his ignition Replacement.  Since he has gotten his scooter back on2/2/24 he contacted me on 3/2/24 and said he broke his kick start again and he took it apart instead of bringing it to me to see what might be wrong! So he has no warranty when he decided to take it apart himself!

    I do still owe him an installation of his new ignition I have at my shop but I owe him nothing else.  I'm also submitting pictures of his old parts and battery that he said I did replace with new parts. I can also send pictures of where I ordered new parts for his scooter.

    To add to all this ridiculous drama that I as a double business owner do not have time for he is also probably mad because I didn't respond to his application for a job to work for me that I posted on Indeed! I would not hire him to work for me especially when he can't fix his own scooter. If any one needs to contact me a phone call would be better because I don't have time for all this email silliness brought on by someone just throwing out complaints about me because they broke some themselves, took their equipment apart and couldn't fix it before bringing it to me to look at!
