Much easier then I thought it would be. I went to the Virginia Beach Va. Lohmans Plaza location and a wonder lady named Jessica worked with me. She explained everything to me in terms that I unstood. Getting the loan wasn't something that I wanted to do but when an emergency arises and you have no other option, you do what you have to do and (NE Main Financial volunteered to assist me.

My wife and I worked with Drew, he was very friendly and helpful, not a lady on his team, but besides that we manage to get things done after I messed up when entering a verification code and the process got complicated but that was my fault. I Am writing this review to let people know that this financial institution is bad and people should not trust them,Okay my experience was that I applied for an unsecured loan we this institution thought c***** k**** for an unsecured loan of 4,500.00 dollars and they told me that I was approved for that amount they ask me for my bank information and they were connected to my account through p**** ,then they told me that they need to call me to make and introduction and they call me they want my car information because they said that the loan for unsecured was 1500 and that I need a car for secured loan but on their website with c***** k**** did not show or say that .They have misleading ads to damage people’s credit by lowering our points we lies ,People don’t trust this liars they are not trustworthy.If I can give them a negative minus 0 I would.OneMain Financial Group, LLC

I have been a One Main customer for several years. They have been very accommodating with making loans and have helped me rebuild my credit rating. The loan process is streamlined and quick. The money is placed in my bank account before I return home. The staff members at One Main are always kind, respectful and helpful. There are not any problems with the staff. I have run into difficulties paying my monthly bill online and using the phone app. Maybe you can look into that. Thanks for everything. ??OneMain Financial Group, LLC
