This place isn't customer friendly they dont help they charge interest more then principle. I spoke to the people at Misssouri store rude wouldn't give me his customer service number but instead a random name Randy Y****. I find that odd .

DO NOT USE this company for your financing needs. I financed a car with this company. It was paid off in Dec 2024. I've yet to receive the title. Nor was it sent to the DMV. It is now May 2025. I've called numerous times to rectify this. Only to be told that since my account is closed, there's no way of updating their system with my requests and was provided an email to report the issue. This will take another 5-7 days to get a response.OneMain Financial Group, LLC
