      I got new frames and lenses in January11th,2023 and have never been able to wear them because frame got messed up when lenses were put in and the eye doctors front desk girls are telling me one things and than telling my insurance company another thing they won't refund me or reverse my benefits back to my insurance so I can go else where to get proper care and frames and lenses I'm currently wearing old glasses from 4yrs ago cause i can't get the correct prescription and frames because of this issue with them I returned to them the frames and lenses on May8th,2023 and they still haven't contacted me to tell me to pick them back up or anything and I paid out of pocket over 300bucks for my add on to lenses and my frames insurance covered please and thank you help me
