We always go to El Nopal in New Albany IN, and never have issues, but chose the Floyds Knobs location due to it being closer this weekend.
It was a big mistake. We spent almost & 80.00, and the food was terrible. Most of it was thrown out, for it not tasting right, and being wrong.
2 of the orders had to be modified at home, bc they had items that were not supposed to be mixed in due to allergies, and the other due to simply not being able to eat foods that are mixed. ( sensory). We ordered later in the evening, so that maybe why? It should not matter what time we order, it should all be just as good at any time.

Subject: Apologies for Your Recent Experience
    Dear ****** ************
I hope this message finds you well.
I wanted to personally reach out to express my sincerest apologies for the inconvenience you experienced during your recent visit to our restaurant. Your feedback regarding the difficulty in redeeming the "Be My Guest" coupon purchased through **** is truly concerning, and we are deeply sorry for any frustration or inconvenience this may have caused you.
Upon investigation, it appears that the issue stemmed from an unforeseen technical difficulty with our ******** Tablet, which unfortunately prevented us from properly processing the barcode on your coupon. While this was certainly not intentional, it is clear that we failed to provide you with the seamless experience we strive to deliver to all of our guests.
Please know that we take your feedback seriously and have already taken steps to ensure that our staff are properly trained to handle similar situations in the future. Additionally, we are working closely with our partners at **** and ******** to address any underlying issues and prevent similar occurrences moving forward.
In recognition of the inconvenience you experienced, we would like to offer you a complimentary meal on your next visit to our restaurant. We sincerely hope that you will give us another opportunity to provide you with the exceptional dining experience that you deserve.
Please don't hesitate to reach out to me directly to arrange your complimentary reservation. Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us, and we are committed to making things right.
Once again, please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience, and thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
    Warm regards,
