  This is the worst customer service I have encountered in my 10 years after college.Very rude, does not understand basic human needs and wants.Very disrespectful from the top to the bottom.Looks like it is company culture that is derived from their top mgt.Avoid at any cost!

  This company exists only to take advantage of people with little other options for assistance. They charge obscene interest rates, will hound you constantly even if you're a day late. They will call several times a day 7 days a week over something as little as $5, yet completely ignore you should they owe you something. Their business practices are beyond shady and are damned near criminal. They are completely unapologetic about taking as much as they can get from you and don't care even when a pandemic has shut down the entire world. I literally paid OVER double the price tag of the car, not because I had BAD credit but because I didn't have ENOUGH credit. To them that justifies taking $18,306.16 on top of the car price. Avoid this company at all costs. You'd get a better deal renting a car every week for the rest of your life. It is so disappointing to see the A+ rating here and honestly makes me doubt that the BBB genuinely knows the companies they're grading. It states that the customer reviews don't factor into the grade. It really should, especially when 90% of the reviews are almost identical in the issues with Kitch. Kitch Acceptance does not care about you only what they can get from you. They will charge you so much money that if they collect one cent more then it would make what they're doing illegal. They will continue profiting from a class of people that hardly have anything left to give because of companies like Kitch that are allowed to continue operating with no threat of consequences for their greed.

  I am still dealing with this company for my car payments. I have had a very rough year. From dealing with a domestic violence trial, being sick with vertigo and Covid on and off, medical leave, financial hardships, etc. I have expressed my situation to Kitch since the beginning. But no one in the company was ever nice to me. I just wanted someone who was understanding and had sympathy. Instead **** decided to tape a letter with my name and apartment number to the front door of my very public apartment building. If you read the email I sent to compliance, he was only worried about the payment. So now I am reaching out to social media because the letter disclosed My identify and where I was living for my ex to see it. I am beyond angry. Its bad enough I am dealing with PTSD because of the situation. Sad that these companies just care about money and thats it. No sympathy. I hate dealing with companies like this. **** KITCH IS THE ****** This is unacceptable and horrible business! If I had the money, I would pay them off and be done, worst company to deal with!
