      I have been going to the ****** branch since they opened. Today I went in for my 6-month checkup only to find out they required me to enter my entire medical history again. I was confused when I looked at the history to see it blank, I asked the lady behind the counter if I was to update anything new. To which the woman beside her says there was a new system introduced last year and now they need my medical history again... pardon me? What did you do with the history you already had?? It's gone. When I said that I would have to cancel my appointment as I didn't have my reading glasses nor the time to enter my entire history and would reschedule. The woman (the one I wasn't having the conversation with) butted in again, to say, that is in the reminder text. (to update history) What wasn't in the text? That they open at 8:45am so you have time (they open at 9 which was my appt. time) or that you would have to fill out your entire medical history because they are so careless with your information, they get new software and don't import it. When I said I would reschedule due to this, she said, we will be charging you $50.... I will NEVER be back. Don't know what happened to the ladies that used to sit at the front desk that were very kind and professional, but they now have an extremely rude and aggressive "woman" at the front desk. There are plenty of dentists in town. I recommend you skip this one and visit them.
