Due to recent Scam Tracker submissions, BBB investigated Pacific Lines. Consumers have reported looking for employment and being contacted by Pacific Lines, only to work for a few weeks before being locked out of their system, with no pay, and no contact information. No social media presence was found for Pacific-Lines or for their listed team members. https://www.pacific-lines.com/ was created 9/28/21. Pacific Lines, LLC is a registered business in the state of Indiana, with Kelsea Culpepper acting as principal, and the company was registered by Northwest Registered Agent. State registration and website information have an address of 3405 Meyer Rd Building 19, Fort Wayne, IN, 46803. That address is a commercial warehouse property. BBB checked with the property management company and they stated they do not number their buildings or address mail with a “building 19”. They also confirmed that neither Pacific-Lines, Kelsea Culpepper, nor Northwest Registered Agent are renting space. BBB attempted to call Pacific Lines and was unable to reach anyone or leave anyone a message. At this time, 12/2/21, BBB cannot verify the legitimacy of the business and encourages consumers to use extreme caution.
