Their business practices stink! My wife had a CT-Scan for which we were overcharged. I have called numerous times, and always go to Phone Mail with no response. So far as I know the scan results were satisfactory to my wife's doctor, he was the one that recommended this place. I have been chasing this problem for two months.

DirectClinic advertises same day appointments and also that they will respond to inquiries, meaning phone messages, and online messages through their web page, all within 24 hours. It took me three phone calls (leaving voicemail messages), two messages through their web page, and one email that included the **** and a total of 2 weeks to get a response. I finally heard from the Business Operations manager (who told me that she doesn't supervise the front desk so she doesn't have any responsibility for answering phones or returning calls). I told her I wanted an appointment with a specific doctor (the only one there, apparently, and the one whom I named in all of my correspondence). She made the appointment for about 10 days out and said the nurse would call me on Monday (this week, Nov 7) to get my information. I waited all day and the nurse finally called me at 5:45 PM and told me that the doctor isn't taking any more patients, and besides, she's about to retire. That was it. How can they advertise same day appointments and return calls within 24 hours when it took over 2 weeks and a half dozen messages to get a response. And why schedule an appointment with a physician when they knew she wouldn't or couldn't see me? Meanwhile, my medical care has been delayed. (Your page here is forcing me to pick a star-rating; One star implies they have some value--I'd rather have left it blank)
