    I have contacted this company several times to cancel a subscription that I did not subscribe to. I gave them all the information they asked for multiple times. They have not cancelled the subscription that was clearly not mine but was being charged to my card. I ended up cancelling the card. I have yet to receive any monies that was taken from my account without authorization.

    I'm sorry to hear about the poor experience that you have had and trying to secure your resume.

    This was an issue that we had resolved several years ago. There is another company with the same name as mine, resumeNOW. 

     Unfortunately this other resume now company which is based out of ************* I believe has had multiple complaints about their business practices and my company which is based out of Indiana has been caught in the wake. 

    I have no record of you as a client with my company. And the nature of my  business is once a client has received the resume from me they receive all of their files and the transaction is completed. There is no subscription or anything like what the other company is doing.

    That being said that resume now is not my company. Thank you for reaching out and again sorry about the misunderstanding.
