    No call/no show for 2 appointments.I made an appointment to have our roof looked at and give a quote on a replacement roof. I waited 30 minutes past the appointment time and called the company. They did not identify themselves when answering the phone and when I said that they were 30 minutes late for their appointment I was told that they were overbooked for the day, and they will call me to reschedule. That is no call/no show number 1.The company called me 3 times in one day and I answered on the 3rd call because they would not leave a voice mail. As I was talking to the company, I had to ask who they were. Once again, they did not identify themselves. The day of the 2nd appointment came, and no one showed up. I called the company and when the phone was answered I get, "hello" after I started to speak. I told the company that they were late for an appointment, and no one has called and since this was the 2nd time in a week and a half that they would not be getting my business. I was told that someone in management would be told.I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!!

    The Vice President called the customer and extended his apologies to the customer and asked him to give him insight on what his experience was with Centurion.  The Vice president listened to the customers concerns and after a great conversation the customer decided he wanted ********************** to come to his home and give an estimate because he felt that Centurion was honest and sincerely sorry for the situation.

    I had them remove and install new asphalt shingles in my home. They did a horrible job the first time, a crappy attempt the second, and when they attempted to fix their crappy install a 3rd time. It was considerably better. Then it rained when I was home so I had reason to go check the durability. Along with cutting larger holes on my roof because they do not line the vents up with the existing holes, the flashing around the chimney leaks. They installed this roof on August 28, 2023, its not even two months old. This is garbage.

          We want to thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. As we strive to make sure that all customers concerns are addressed in a quick  and timely manner. On our first attempt to come back and fix the 3 Hip and Ridge shingles, we apologized that it wasn't done to your satisfaction and we immediately addressed that concern to meet up too your satisfaction.  When laying a new roof, the roof vents will not always line up with the existing hole and the holes may need to be modified. We apologize that we didn't explain this during your install.  We thought that coming back out and modifying the holes would address this concern. Lastly, you mentioned that the chimney flashing was not done correctly, We replaced that chimney flashing and water tested it with you to ensure that it doesn't leak.  We hope that this has addressed all of your concerns.  If any other concerns arise, please reach out to us immediately since your roof comes with a 50 year warranty.
