    Tried to add on an extra day (Sunday) as it was advertised as it being $25. Camp manager did call and was very polite but unable to make coupon work because "it's supposed to say non peak season only" however the coupon very much does not say that. We paid the $120 to add the extra night but slightly frustrated that they said the advertisement is incorrect. She did say she would let them know it's incorrect, which will be helpful for others, however I can't help but be frustrated that I should have been granted the advertised price. Not sure if anything can be done but hopefully this encourages them to change the ad sooner.

    Hello,

    While I understand the customer is upset, I entered the ***** code, and it did not take any money off. I contacted the ***************** and they said it was only valid  for NON PEAK season reservations , it did not fall within the parameters of her dates of stay. It would not work due to that fact. I am unable to adjust pricing.  The website does say non peak season, however on this particular page it did not stay non peak at that time. It has been updated.

     I am rejecting this response because per my attachment, it did not specify non peak. This seems to be an issue that corporate should handle if they were responsible for the false advertising and website info. Yogi bear was very helpful however seem to be bound by their overarching, corporate company.

    Unfortunately the discount was  listed elsewhere with this information. The system would not allow the ***** code because it was not valid for the dates that you booked.

    I apologize but it will not be honored, as the ***** codes are  based on specific dates. It is a fail safe as far as pricing goes. The pricing was correct for your time of stay.
