    I ordered 2 rectangular blank magnets to cover up co. Logo on vehicle when parked in front of my house. This company Accent Signs & Graphics, Inc. Only sent one of them. The original order looks to be altered from what I remember ordering, 2 blank logo coverings 28"×10". The receipt that was sent even shows that they only ship one magnet, I have asked several times for them to fulfill the rest of the order with no luck.

    This order was placed on Friday August 2, 2024 at 9:38pm through our Wholesalemagnetsigns.com website.  He ordered Qty: 1 White Blank Magnet 27x9 and 1 White Blank Magnet 10x28.  We produced and shipped the order on our next business day which was Monday August 5th. Customer requested free shipping method which we estimate to take 7-10 business days. **** Tracking number: ****************************** shows the products were delivered to the customer on Friday August 16th.

    Our first email from ******* ********* was Saturday August 17th at 11:47am (NON BUSINESS HOURS).  We responded on Monday August 19, 2024 at 6:51am.  We asked him if he could tell us which magnet he was missing so we could produce and ship it to him ASAP.  He would not tell us which magnet he was missing. I personally tried calling him several times and he would not take my call.

    What ******* is stating in his complaint to you is 100% false. We use the ******* platform.  ******* does not give us the ability to alter the order in the manner in which he is stating.  He placed this order online, we never had any communication with this gentleman until after the order was delivered.  

    I have attached every email correspondence with this gentleman.  I have also attached his online order. You will see on this form every step that was taken from the time he placed the order to the time it was shipped and when it was received. All dated and time stamped.  And as you will be able to see in all of our email correspondence, his statement to the BBB doesn't match what he has been saying to us.

    All of this will show that what ******* is stating to be 100% false.
