    I ordered from ***************************************** which is Popcorn World website on December 5th on 2024. It was an $66.95 order with 4 different popcorns, a large birthday cake popcorn, Hot wings and ranch popcorn, a jerk popcorn, and a large Rice Krispies treats popcorn. I received a call from them on ************ on the birthday date that I had put on the order and them making sure I would received it on time. The birthday came, my order was still in processing. A month passed and no popcorn and my order is still in processing. I called on January 3rd, no answer, and then again on January 30th and finally got someone. They told me I would received my money back and get a cancellation email even made sure that they had the right email. I called again recently and no answer. I sent multiple messages through their messaging on their website and I had messaged them on their Instagram page where the owner was active last month in the comments. I paid the popcorn on Klarna and since I still hadnt revived my money, Klarna charged me two late fees of $7 each for for not paying the last two payments and Ive had to pay a full amount for something I havent received.

    After watching a television show featuring the business called Popcorn World, I decided to place an order on December ******. The $39.00 I paid was debited immediately. I called 12/21/24 to find out the status of my order and was placed on hold for 15 minutes before I decided to hang up. I called back shortly after and spoke to the owners son who told me they were waiting on bags to be delivered. I was assured that the owner would be in touch with me regarding the order but I never heard back. I called again on 12/24/24 where I spoke to ****** who told me they were still waiting for bags. I called again on 12/30/24 and there was no answer.
