    I've had nothing but poor customer service and abrupt rudeness from Dan. Long story short, I reached out to them to have a moonroof visor installed on my wife's VW Tiguan and was told they can do this work in a couple days' time. I drop her car off with them and let 2 days pass before calling to checkup on the progress and see when it'll be done. This is when I spoke to Dan who was nothing but irritated, I guess by the fact I'm calling to follow up, but more likely because they were having difficulty with the job. I'm told they encountered an issue the day prior yet received no call about it, like mentioned to do if there were problems, and when asking about the problem and how I can help I'm faced with an aggravated Dan who takes his frustration out on me. Telling me I need to let them do their job and gets upset by me asking rightful questions about the work they're doing on my wife's car and then hangs up on me. Then calls me back 10 minutes later to explain they'll put the car back together and that I was wasting his time. This to me is not how any representative should treat and speak to their customers and it's a shame Dan is not grown enough to handle his emotions. All I did was ask what the issue was and how I can help. I had high hopes this place could perform a simple job, yet they've done nothing but fail at that and then proceeded to take out their stress on me.
