My wife contacted this company about making t-shirts for us. She sent a photo of the design on the t shirt we wanted him to print. N*** gave me a quote for the design I sent to him. We accepted. He then asked for files with our logos and we sent them to him. At no point did he say I’m going to print the logos you send via email instead of the design you originally sent. And If there was a price on changing the logo font to match the design, N*** should have let us know and we would have gladly paid it. Instead he printed 27 shirts that do not match the design we sent him. After notifying N*** of our dissatisfaction, he then proceeded to blame my wife for the shirts he printed without sending a proof or anything prior to running them. She sent him screenshots of the conversation of the design we originally sent him and the only thing he continues to say was it was my wife’s fault and he printed the files we emailed, instead of the design we wanted and originally sent to him.

We were contacted via messenger from the customers wife asking about pricing on 50 tshirts. She sent over 4 pictures of designs and asked my opinion. We gave a price and she returned 2 days later June 18th saying they’re like to do 25 now and 25 later with a different design. She sent a screenshot of a mockup from another website showing artwork placement which is very common of customers to do. I told her I would need them to email us the artwork files and have her a few different options of file types we accepted. Joe emailed over 2 files. One for the front and 1 for the back. We invoiced the customer and printed the shirts in 2 days for them because they needed them in a rush. I sent her a picture of the shirts telling her they were ready for pick up. She showed up 30 minutes later and picked them up. Almost 3 hours later I received a message that we messed up and they didn’t want us to print the shirts with the artwork provided, rather they wanted us to completely alter the artwork files they sent to make the design match a 3rd party screenshot. We only print customer provided artwork unless discussed and charged and artwork fee prior to printing. This was NEVER discussed by the client or stated in anyway that they did not possess the actual files they needed on the shirts. We’re always happy to correct any mistakes we make but if a customer asks for shirts and we tell them we need the files, we can only print what we are provided.  There are no issues with the work besides the customer is upset that we printed the exact print files they sent us.  I have pictures showing this but it won’t let me upload. I also have the full conversation on my phone as well.

This issue has been resolved with the customer and this should be taken off or our BBB review.  Thanks!
