  I contacted this company for a move out clean. Was quoted $200. Booked it. The day of our move the movers we hired cancelled on us. I was getting ready to have hip surgery so after having to physically move I was in pain and could not surface clean. I contacted this company and told them it would be dirtier than I had planned and OFFERED to pay $350 instead. I was promised pictures when they were done as I work an hour away and couldnt be there. I left the money. Never got confirmation the job was done or pictures. I called and text with no response. I had my 21 yo son go by after work. He said it looked clean. Later that night she text me saying her phone had been damaged. I left the next day to take care of a friend with cancer in **************. When I got back I went to the house to take care of items and trash we had put in the garage. The house was disgusting. I text her stating the baseboards werent clean, the doors werent wiped down. The cupboards were dirty. She called me - very argumentative and stated that she had cleaned them herself. I said no mam I am running my finger along the baseboard and pulling up dirt and dog hair and she stated - it was two weeks ago. She said I have pictures and I said so do I. At that point I knew she had no intention of making it right and hung up. She proceeded to blow my phone up until I was forced to block her and spent six hours in my hands and knees cleaning what I paid her to do- the day before my hip surgery. I acknowledge my mistake in having my son tell me if it was clean. But the house had been empty since we moved. She was the last person there. The way that house was left was absolutely unacceptable. I wouldnt have paid even $200 for what I got.
