    I purchased an IT Suitcase at TJ Maxx. There was a tag that stated the suitcase came with a 10 year warranty. After using the suitbase ONE time, the wheel broke. I reached out via e-mail to their customer support 3x, without a response. I took the suitcase to a repair shop where the cost is $50 to fix, which is over 1/2 the cost of the suitcase. This suitcase is cheap, and without the customer support, I would NEVER recommend this suitcase. Stick with Samsonite! I have buyers remorse, and hope but posting this, will save someone else from having a bad experience.

    I bought two pieces based on reviews that this was good luggage for a moderate traveler.Suitcase #1: flew to *******, and a wheel was off when I picked my luggage up at baggage claim. Contacted ************** and was told the airlines are rough with luggage. No support from the company.Suitcase#2: just returned from a 25-day road trip. An entire wheel broke off mid-way through my trip. No airline to blame this time. This piece is going to garbage. Unrepairable.Do not buy this luggage. It's junk and the company will not stand behind their product and that's if you can reach them.

    Wheel broke and dented in on the first trip. I filed a warranty claim and the company does not respond only replied they received the claim. If the damage is not covered under the warranty at least they could tell me that. They just keep replying submit a warranty claim form but I have already. Also thry do not have a phone numer to call to speak with a person with questions.

    I have two IT luggage's they were good but did not keep for to long.As they have a 10 year warranty I field a warranty complaint back in May and provided all the information they have requested.Its now July 25 and I have sent them many emails but they simply do not respond.stay away from them they are the worst I ever came across
