  The owners treat their employees with complete disregard and operate with a shocking lack of ethics. They lie to both employees and customers, and the staff turnover is constantunsurprising, given the toxic work environment.Regulatory agencies like the **** and *************************** should seriously investigate their ************** many others have stated the company encourages techs to lie to customers, voids valid warranties from third-party providers, overcharges clients, and places blame for all service issues on the technicians.They promise to pay for licensing and certification classes, but then schedule technicians during those times to prevent them from attendingessentially lying to lure people into the job. For a long period, they conducted plumbing work without a licensed plumber, which is illegal. To cover this up, they paid someone with a license just to use his credentials on paper.The owners ****** a backstabbing and discriminatory environment. Despite being a family-owned business, their values are anything but honorable. They talk behind employees backs, enforce double standards (e.g., punishing techs for profanity while using it constantly themselves), and fire people at random for minor infractions like being late to hastily scheduled meetings.There were also highly inappropriate incidents, including one involving a technician and a CSR being fired for engaging in sexual activity at workonly for one of them to be rehired weeks later.They routinely fight unemployment claims, lie to state offices, and make communication impossible. Requests for post-employment information are ignored. every ex employee is disgruntled. Quite certain this company has many disgruntled employees and ************ short: this company has a terrible culture, unprofessional leadership, and no respect for the people who work there or customers they serve. Just because they own the business, they believe theyre above accountability.

  If i could give 0 stars I would. These fools coach their techs to lie to customers, void warranties a customer may have through other companies, and have horrible values as a company in general. I got ostrisized for wearing a cross necklace, was called "********* *****" by ******, and mistreated from the start by him. And coincidentally, he was the one to let me go before I was even givin a vehicle to work out of. All while the entire company curses every 3rd word. I was 5 min late to a shop meeting at *****, due to having to drive my own personal vehicle, which, keep in mind, overheated while I was asked to run service for them from my own truck a few days prior. I had to use my own gas money also.There was no conversation had, just simply cut, with no understanding in regards to me having a single vehicle to make due with between my wife and I, and our 2 children. True discrimination. ***** was at least a little helpful in regards to retrieving my only check though. *****, the ** whom hired me, completely ignored me when I reached out on how to handle the situation. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Bad culture

  Buyer Beware! I would provide a 1 Star rating however, there are some individuals within the company that actually care about providing quality customer service. If you have an elderly parent, please ensure you are with them during the sale, you can read between the lines of this comment. CCHAP installed a brand-new unit that was visibly damaged on the outside and thought that was acceptable after spending a significant amount of money. Not only did the unit stop working only after 4 days, but it was also repaired, replaced and broke down again. We are grateful the unit has been working to date however, all of this chaos could have been avoided. Since July, we have been waiting for documentation that the company has promised would be mailed, new receipts, tax credits for purchasing a new unit, etc. Clearly there is a communication disconnect. Our concerns have been escalated to the Supervisor, General Manager and Owner (at least that is what we have been told) and still have heard nothing. Residents of central *******, please review other companies before settling with CCHAP. There are companies out there that actually care about building trusting relationships, so their customers come back for repeat business. CCHAP clearly does not care about the customer experience, only their money.

  Ive been waiting for 3 weeks to have my air conditioner to be fixed. Bought AC/heating October 2023. It isnt cooling my house. They make an appointment but doesnt show up or call. I have thermostat on 72, it stays at 78. They said thermostat was faulty, wanted 600 dollars to replace. Thermostat has a 5 year warranty with manufacture. I just want to be comfortable!

  Had a water heater error. Called them early afternoon and they sent someone the same amdas. My tech was *******, not only did he fix my water heater but he tested my water softness and adjusted my water softener. Kudos to your company! Thanks a bunch for your help.

  ************************* was the service technician that did the installation on my new water heater. He arrived on time, introduced himself and explained the install process from the removal of the old water tank to the installation process of the new unit. ***** was thorough and professional. His workmanship was top notch. A very nice young man.It was a pleasure working with all the representatives from Complete Comfort Heating Air and Plumbing. They explained their products. No hard sell, no pressure.

  I recently had the pleasure of using Complete Comfort for my furnace repair, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! From the moment I made the call, the customer service was outstanding. They were friendly, informative, and made sure to schedule a visit that suited my availability.The technician, ****, arrived right on time, which was greatly appreciated. He was extremely professional, courteous, and took the time to explain what was wrong with my furnace in a way that was easy to understand. It was clear that he was very knowledgeable and experienced.The repair was completed efficiently and effectively. **** not only fixed the immediate issue but also conducted a thorough check to ensure everything else was in good working order. He left my space clean and tidy, which I greatly value.The best part was the cost - it was very reasonable, and there were no hidden charges. After the repair, my furnace has been working perfectly, and my home is cozy once again.I highly recommend Complete Comfort for anyone in need of furnace repair.   Our AC went out during the summer heat wave. We called Complete Comfort and they came out immediately, **** gave us some options and got our air back going. Super happy with everyone involved at Complete Comfort and I highly recommend them to all my family and friends!
