    Had complete HVAC/Air Conditioning system installed last ******** They intially appeared to have a good price, but AFTER installation I received an email offering an additonal 10%. They refused to honor the additional 10% even after I called & talked to some manager. They did not give any filters with the new system even after I asked. (No, not even one installed in the new system!!)After installation several people pointed out that the system was installed incorrectly. It was too close to the house, the outside unit was not up on legs as required and there was no "trap" installed where the furnace drains. I believe that some of these errors were code violations(?) They did come back & fix most of the problems. They never DID get me any filters.I posted a review on ****** which they never responded to & 6 months later I realized they had somehow had my review removed! So I re-posted it & this time they responded saying how much they value their customers & that they'd give me a few filters. I commented that basically they were a day late & a dollar short & what they (obviously) REALLY care about are their reviews! Then they had the second review removed as well. Which is why I'm posting this here. Because people need to know...
