      I received and signed a proposal with specific financing, but after the **** system was installed, the financing terms were changed - Peterman Brothers didn't send the coding for the special financing to the finance company, so the signed proposal was not honored.Also, the filters are not included in their membership, so be aware of that.

      I was quoted $13k for a single stage AC unit with a free furnace for my **** sqft townhouse. It was a paper copy, which lacked itemized costs and component details (i.e. model numbers, coil brand).I never received a respond to my email asking for more information, as follows. What is the cost of replacing only the Carrier A/C unit that is outside? Regarding your quote: - Is the A/C unit the Preferred 126B or 126C (e.g. exact model number, since new governmental requirements are coming out in 2023)? - Is the furnace the Legacy 916S? - Why is the A/C unit and the furnace from different ****** lines? - Who is the manufacturer of the 3 Ton Coil and what is the part number? - Will you please provide a pdf copy of the quote and pdfs of the product descriptions?I then consulted with a realtor friend, who thought the quote was extremely overpriced. In addition, felt I was being pressured when offered a 3% discount to purchase now, after I said I needed to think about it.

      Very disappointed in the service we received. I had called for service and specifically told them we were on well and septic, the technicians that were sent out told me they were not familiar with septic, this started a string of issues. They could not clear the clog so they called another technician which we were told had knowledge of septic and he was bringing a camera. When he arrived they worked in the clog a bit longer and no results. The technician with the camera told us they had a turbo snake that would work however this procedure would cost an additional amount of $****. He told us he was 99% sure this would work. If it hadnt been for this statement we would not have done this. The second day two technicians showed up late in the day and decided to use the normal snake first when that didnt work they got the turbo out and that didnt work. They try telling my husband he damaged a pipe when he built the deck which was over a year ago. This pipe is 4 ft. In the ground, impossible for him to damaged and the fact we would have had problems before now. They wanted to write up an estimate repair of *****. This is on top of the **** we already paid. I didnt want to pay the **** but the technician told me we already signed a release. I think it is bad business for any one to be 99% sure to coats the customer into signing then accuse the customer of punchers to the pipe. I want the payment returned . Plus my husband had to help the second day installing the toilet because the technician didnt have the correct tools. Return our money!!

      *****, we are sorry you are dissatisfied with our service. It is very possible that the pipe was damaged with the installation of a deck. We dig trenches ***** ft deep and unless the dirt on top has naturally settled for 6-9 months. Without proper settlement damaging pressure is applied to the piping which can cause several issues. We apologize that our technician did not come with proper tools to correct your toilet and wish we would have been properly notified by phone so we had a chance to talk this over with you. Unfortunately we are unable to return payment on the work that was done because it was completed in full. It specifically states within both your signed estimate and invoice that this is an attempt to clear the line and their is no guarantee on that service. One of our mot experienced technicians quoted the ****** due to a blockage at your baffle. We hope this response finds you well and for any further concerns email ********************************************

      I worked for a company for 41 years and not once did I blamed the customer for any damage. The pipe was not damaged by the installation of the deck, this was confirmed by the company who came out and fixed our issue. I did try and call your company and also sent an email so you continue to blame the customer. Again if your technician would not have told us he was 99% sure it would work, we would not have signed the release. You should return the payment, from the very first call made by me, I was not told the truth.

      We apologize for your dissatisfaction. We have looked into your account and have not located any calls nor emails regarding the damages. We are not attempting to blame you for the damage; however it was very clearly stated in your paperwork that this was an attempt to clear the line up to 100ft. When procedures like this are done it is impossible to give any guarantee due to the nature of to work. We also are not able to base these issues on word to mouth interaction with **************. We would love to see your supporting documents from the other company confirming that the deck did not do damage to the pipe and you can email *******************************************

      In regards to the above, I sent an email on August 30, 2022 and when you didnt reply I called on 9/6/2022. Im currently waiting on ****** for a itemized list of calls made from my phone. Im not surprised that you keep asking for proof for the services NOT rendered. I also have the statement from the company who actually fixed our problem without a pre signature to pay regardless of the results as I have stated many times before if your technician wouldnt have made the comment that he was 99% sure the turbo would work we would not have signed. We are both retired and living off social security and to put that kind of money out was a decision not easily made and as it turned out, it was the wrong decision due to the verbiage with received from your techs.

      They are bad and rude not profetional they are overpriced . They gave me the price $485.00 to fix minor outside pump sump pipe . after saving $85.00 from member service . But I was able to Fix by myself just only $4.44.. I was also offered the plumber $250..00 he says better to leave empty . They are loosers . Don't ever deal with them.The job time to fix was only 20 minute .

Here at Peterman we offer complete pricing transparency and charge flat rate prices that cover the cost to keep the business up and running. We always try to leave our customers homes with a warrantied permanent solution to fix their issues. We believe this is the fairest way to do pricing as we never want the pricing to change based on how long we are at a job. We are unaware of what work you were able to complete on your home or the cost of supplies. We receive all stock from a supply house and due to inflation costs, prices have been rising. If you have any further concerns give us a call.

      Use this company for everything. Have a century old house and there are problems that come with that, and when something pops up these folks are insanely helpful and extremely professional. Always quick, quality service with stellar products and great technicians. Office staff is always friendly and helpful and technician are very courteous and professional when in person. Just had a check-up service appointment and ***** was respectful, friendly, and efficient.
