**** and ****** came for plumbing inspection. They were very thorough, friendly, and didn't mind all my questions :-)

5 starsGreat at preventative maintenance up keep only $16/M. I always have had a good experience with techs come out they can make suggestions to upsell you but politely say no they leave it at that and dont try to keep pushing to upsell you. If you have an issue its great to get pulled at the top of the list to receive a diagnose but absolutely get several quotes bc preferred pricing your part of prevenantive maintenance club may not be the best value and you dont get put at the top of the list for them to actually perform the repair.When its dead of winter Jan. **** no heat you cant wait a week for them to have an opening to come back out only time not a good experience.Review fromMichael S

good experience. very polite and personable. Examined all of the plumbing in all baths, kitchen, laundry room and utility room. He took the time to spend with my wife and I to explain what he did and why. All in all a pleasurable experience.Peterman Brothers Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical

1 starBUYER BEWARE!!!ASK FOR ITEMIZED ESTIMATES (PARTS AND LABOR). THEN BE SURE TO ASK HOW LONG THE REPAIR WILL TAKE. THE COMPANY WILL NOT PROVIDE THEM. THEY ARE ASHAMED OF THEIR OWN PRICE GOUGING. $400+/HR. AND OVER 200% ****-UP ON PARTS. SADLY, THIS IS FOR THEIR "MEMBERS." MAKE SURE YOU GET MORE THAN ONE ESTIMATE!!! THE **** REPLACEMENT DEPARTMENT IS 2 -3 TIMES HIGHER THAN COMPETITORS. THE ***** DEPARTMENT IS 3.4 TIMES HIGHER THAN COMPETITORS.This company has gone to great lengths to send their technicians to sales training. Unfortunately, they spend very little time with technical training. This results in over 50% of new **** installs having warranty problems within the 1st year due to improper installation. OVER 70% of Sewer jobs have a damage claim filed. Multiple **** repair and pluming jobs have numerous issues due to lack of training and improper installation.Most managers for this company do not have any technical experience in their particular field. They are glorified cheerleaders to promote higher sales revenue.If you do choose to have this company come to your home, make sure you do your due diligence to check pricing on all parts, ask for itemized estimates to include parts, labor, materials, tax, etc. They won't provide it. I was very pleased with the service that I received from ***************************** as the Air Conditioning tech who preformed maintenance on my one year old system purchased from Peterman Brothers.****** was on time and went to great effort to make sure I under stood what he was doing and how to maintain my system for the highest efficiency. ****** also washed out the condenser filters and check all parts to make sure my unit was giving it best performance.
