Called back and scheduled appointment right away. Showed up promptly and diagnosed and fixed the problem. Reviewed all plumbing and fixed another issue on same service call. Very reasonable maintenance plan also. Pleased with the PetermanBros

1 starI joined Peterman's annual ************ plan at $18/month and got a check up of the furnace system including the Aprilaire humidifier. I had paid 7 months into the plan so no charge for the inspection but got charged $224.85 just for the humidifier filter on my credit card which Peterman had on file. ****** sells the exact same filter for $18.95 or $27.99 for a pack of two! I called Peterman's Indianapolis home office to demand a $200. refund and was referred to its **************************** A man from there call the next day and refused to refund that outrageous overcharge charge, saying it is Peterman's policy not to make such an overcharge refund. I fired them on the spot. They also will try to sell your on expensive HVAC products as high as $2850! I will never recommend this company to anyone!Review fromLinda H

I very much recommend Peterman Brothers HCP&E. I had a hot water tank leak. DJ came to my house for an inspection. He was on time and was very respectful to me and my property. DJ accessed the issue, showed me what needed done, and thoroughly explained my options. I felt very informed and zero pressured. I believe DJ treated me like he would have treated his own sister. 10/10, would recommend.Peterman Brothers Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical

1 starI absolutely do NOT recommend them to any of my friends or family. We simply called them to unclog a drain in our bathtub because they were running a $86 special. Drain was slow but would drain in an hour. I did some research on them but obviously not enough. Guy shows up stating he doesnt have the right equipment but h*** see what he can do (he was extremely nice). No luck so he says h*** come back. Comes back that Monday and says the guy who has the right equipment is off so he again tries with not the right equipment and runs a mechanical snake down our old copper pipes and eventually breaks the tip of the cable off in our pipe. He then calls a drain specialist to come from ****. They both come, he runs a camera down the drain, and by the end of it, they quote us an ***** dollar job to tear up the foundation, get the pipe open/investigate and get their cable tip and then go from there on fixing the pipe. NO other solution offered because they said the state of the pipe was unstable. So they left the cable tip in the pipe and left.We then called multiple other places who would not come look at the pipe because Petermans equipment was stuck. Now the drain isnt draining AT ALL. Finally we found a place in ********** and they are currently resolving the issue WITHOUT busting up the foundation and WITHOUT thousands of dollars. As a first time customer, first time homeowner, with a 4 month old baby, I am extremely disappointed. All I have to say is do your research and get more than one quote.Review fromLarry A

Petermans bothers have been our go to company since buying this house in 2022. It needed and still needs updating. We have had our ductwork cleaned, hot water tank replaced, water softener system installed, updated wiring in the garage, heating and cooling system replaced. Today I needed plumbing inspected, luckily minor problem but they were prompt and efficient in evaluating the problem and give suggestions on how to proceed.Peterman Brothers Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical
