1 starpurchased their membership. Told it covered hvac and plumbing when their estimator looked at my air handler. Had an issue with my boiler this fall. Called and told them I had a boiler. They sent out a tech who then told me he couldn't work on a boiler. No one at Petermans can. Why did they sell me a membership when they knew about the boiler? We purchased an annual plan to have our homes electrical and ************ tested & maintenanced, respectively. Scheduling was simple & we could go about our day because they gave us a 30 minute notice when the technicians were on their way. Both technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and provided good information along with possible safety concerns. In addition to the various repairs we discussed, they were helpful in providing pricing as well as answering our questions and helping us prioritize the safety concerns.Peterman Brothers Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical

Very unprofessional. Their salesman did not show for original sales appointment and they rescheduled for the next morning without consulting me. I was satisfied with their offer and we scheduled the install and I had to change my sleep schedule and take off of work then they did not call and did not show.
