      In the past I ordered Breck bulbs and was very satisfied. The deliveries were on time. This year I purchased a new home and I decided to order Breck bulbs to establish new gardens. Wow what a disappointment. It took for ever for the shipment to arrive. 90% of what I ordered did not grow out of the ground. I ordered the baskets to put in the bulbs to protect them from the squirrels, what a waste of money. I am avid gardener in New Jersey and cannot believe the failure of what was shipped to me.I wasted about $350.00.. I will never order from Brecks again.

      Breck's stands behind its lifetime guarentee for bulbs, bare roots & potted plants. 1st year, lily bulbs froze during shipping, as my ND address was still subzero. 2nd year bulbs replaced & held off shipping. Bulb color was similar, but not whare I expected. I got to keep the bulbs & order free replacement.3rd year Correct bulbs arrived. The company was totally supportive. 3rd year

      Emailed and got no response. Called several days later. Promised a refund after bulbs did not grow. But instead of a refund, sent a certificate for product credit. Disputing on credit card. In my opinion, not a trustworthy business. Do not reccomend.

      WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BRECKS. The pictures advertise beautiful flowers from bulbs but THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING. THE QUALITY IS POOR AND THE ***** ARE POOR QUALITY . THE FLOWERS ARE NOT ANYWHERE CLOSE TO THE PICTURES. SHAME ON YOU FOR SCAMMING ME.

      Absolutely horrible customer service. They barely speak English, just hang up on you and never resolve an issue. You will never get your plants, a refund, or a replacement. Avoid at all cost.

      Bulbs are often completely decomposed. No way to get to customer service via phone or email. Stay away.

      Very poor customer service and very poor communication once purchased is done. It was my first purchase and it is my last. Customer service over the phone comes from the Philippes. A proud Canadian company?

      This was supposed to be a 7-9 bulb, when I finally received it its about 2-3 long and appears to be completely dried up. It took over 2 months to receive it and I honestly doubt it will survive since there is no sign of life in it. I couldve taken that $30 and set it on fire. This was my first time ordering and I wish Id have looked at your BBB rating before ordering, I wouldnt have wasted my money.
