      I spent $120 last Fall buying mostly Spring bulbs, 90 bulbs total. Out of my 20Snow Drops, 13 only sprouted, 1 bloom. Mixed Crocuses are all purple and only half of them came up. Orange Monarch Crocuses, 10 bulbs, are no- existed and so on and so forth. I'm very disappointed overall. I will not be buying from them again. It's waste of money.

      Not please with my experience with Brecks. First time to order from them and was excited to order some bulbs for my wife's birthday that she has wanted for a while. Ordered two different types of Daffodils, one for my wife and one for me, two different prices. Order was confirmed, but when I received the shipment confirmation it showed 2 for the same item being shipped. I emailed their customer service department and asked to verify that two different types of bulbs were being shipped. Did not get a reply. So I waited for delivery (good thin I ordered early, it took 3 months to get my order). When the shipment arrived there was two packages of the same same type of bulb. I again sent an email to their CS email; and this time I did get a reply, stating that if I wanted to change my order I should have called their CS phone number, The problem is that I DID NOT CHANGE MY ORDER, they also charged me for a 25 pack of bulbs and sent me a 10 pack. Also instead of refunding the overcharge they sent me a redemption certificate so that I have to spend my overcharge with them. I ordered the bulbs from another supplier and received a week. I will not be using this company in the future and do not recommend them. Thanks for ruining my wifes birthday surprise.

      This is the worst business to deal with, absolutely no customer service available!!! I cant believe the State of ********* lets them operate their billing by allowing them to charge additional fees to make payments with these fees listed nowhere on the billing statements!!!! I guess they are allowed by the state to pay for them hiring ****** to take their payments and overcharge. When after almost 2 hours trying to make my payment thru their automated system which said I owed them zero, they insisted on me paying an additional fee to make my payment STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!

      They deliver too late to plant for fall, my ground is frozen solid and they suggest storing until spring. Hopeless. I’ve been trying to get a refund on a cancelled order for weeks. They promise you’ll get a call in 24 hrs, it’s been escalated but no, nothing. Terrible way to treat customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Buying from them.

      Customer service is nonexistent. Second time a delivery, sent via fed ex, (a decliner) has failed to arrive. Breck CS’ points finger than says “out of stock “ Will not even consider a trace, which I started. I will not try a third time. Very disappointed. Is anyone else “mad as hell, and doesn’t want to take it anymore “ Customer service is non-existent. Whoever brings it back will be so successful!

      I placed an order for fall planting bulbs and some iris through Breck's. I received my order within a week of placing it. The bulbs arrived in good condition as did the roots. Out of 110 bulbs only three were rotten. The iris roots are very small and will take a couple of years to grow to blooming size. I wouldn't pay over 5$ for a rhizome of that size, never mind the full price of around 35$. All in all I could have had the same deal from my local big box store. No deals to be found through this vendor.
      The poor review comes mainly from the fact that within 24 hours of placing my order I started receiving a large quantity of spam emails from a wide variety of sites. This is a complaint which I have seen in other reviews and unfortunately I have to conclude that they are selling on your contact information. This is highly disappointing and undermines any trust in the company. I will not be placing any orders with them in the future as I cannot trust that they will not sell shipping information and or credit card information as well.

      They informem me one item I paid for was out of stick. I had to ask 3 times for a refund. Weeks later I am still waiting. They tell me that the check is in the mail, even though I paid by credit card.

      My order is late. Not happy, these are got to be place in the ground before frost, they told me it will not be until early nov.

      Ordered nearly a thousand dollars worth of bulbs and they still havent shipped past the shipping timeframe they provided and now past when I can plant in my zone! Company will not provide a date they will be shipped or even the season. Best they offered is a 10% refund, not even a full one. I will never order from them again.
