      This is the ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I have EVER dealt with!Their website, customer service and product are like none Ive ever seen before. Please, anyone reading this, DONT EVER BUY FROM BRECKS.As a disabled senior on a very small pension, I splurged for my birthday and ordered $125.00 worth of plants ( totalling 17 plants in all). 13/17 plants were DEAD! I contacted them and they told me none of the specials I had ordered were available any more, but they would give me a credit.I told them I didnt WANT a credit, because the plants I wanted were no longer available and I had no interest in any other plants. I asked for a total refund, but they would only give me a credit. There were almost no other plants I wanted, but I found some that were similar but I could only buy 3 with the credit they gave me. 3 ! I paid for 14 DEAD PLANTS and they replaced it with 3! I havent even received those 3 plants yet but if the odds are like the other plants they sentthese 3 will be dead too!Customer service was HORRENDOUS, navigating their website was terribleso slow and live chat will NEVER LOAD.TRUST ME..RUN far away from this company.they are the biggest SCAMMERS IN ******!

      Horrible experience. The plant was shipped in a box that was too small for it, so the plant arrived bent in the box. The plant has no chance of straightening or recovering. Called customer service and was told that the person who bought the plant had to call. I was trying not to bother the sender and was denied service. Terrible service and care.

      100% the worst experience I've ever had ordering anything. They send an email saying get your soil ready your package has shipped and is on its way to you. If ya look deeper though that just means it has left the port in Holland where it took over two weeks to get to port in the U.S. then it took another 8 days to go through customs. Then they email saying a shipping label had been created. I placed my ordered on 4-13-23 they created a shipping label on 4-14-23 the day after I ordered so that's two fake emails in a row. It another week for it to be turned over to ****** who had it for a few hours and turned it over to the **** and tell me the tracking number they gave me is no longer any good because it's not in there care anymore and talk to the **** or Breck's customer service why would I want to talk to Breck's they have done nothing but out right lied through this whole colossal waste of time and money. So my package is somewhere God knows where. I had to give one star which doesn't reflect the ineptness of this company. If allowed to go e zero stars I garuntee the rating would be zero instead of 1.6.

      This company is very poor on follow through. I ordered and had a date range of shipping from 3/23 to 4/5. on the 7th I started emailing them. They had changed it to a month later without notifying me. More than 10 emails exchanged in 14 days. I gave up and took a full refund. BIG waste
      of time.

      Terrible customer service. My order “slipped through the cracks” and never got processed so by the time they got to it, things were backordered. Apparently when things are back ordered, they hold the whole order which leads to mor stock issues. The customer service team operates independently from the shipping team and the shipping team operates independently from the supplier. This place is the biggest joke. If you want to plant bulbs on time for your zone, DO NOT order from Brecks. It will take months to even get them to ship from Holland and another month to get to your door.

      I received a Breck's catalog and immediately went online to order. They were offering "Save 10% Sitewide + Free Shipping on $50+ Order!" I gave them my phone number and got the code. I was ordering an item that was $54.99. When I put the code in, it gave me the 10% off, but still charged me $14.95 in shipping. When I called the help line for Breck's, they said I had to add another item to my order to get free shipping. I explained that I ordered an item that was more than $50 and their advertising stated "Save 10% Sitewide + Free Shipping on $50+ Order". Anyone knows that $54.99 is more tha $50. He refused to give me free shipping, even though I explained this to him multiple times. This is completely false advertising. Do not fall for this. And I'm a returning customer of their's. The person on the phone was not helpful and refused to give me the free shipping that I should have received. Not only that, now they are going to bombard me with text messages. This is a phishing scheme to get your phone number and not give you what you signed up for. NOT HAPPY!!!! SHAME ON YOU BRECK'S!

      If I could give 0 stars I would. Received a bulb for Christmas in 2021 and it was great, so I tried to order a double Amaryllis for my Mom for Christmas in 2022. First, due to a website error, it ended up as 2 separate orders, each for a single bulb. So still 2 bulbs but double the price. I called and they cancelled those orders. I carefully ordered the double again and everything was good. But it was never delivered. When I called today to check, they said that I had called and cancelled again, even though the order was listed as "Complete" on their site (suspect they couldn't get the bulbs and thus they lazily just cancelled the order). At least they had also credited me, but they never notified me, and so my Mom did not get a Christmas present. The customer service rep kept insisting that the fault was on my end. I will never do business with them again and will warn everyone else to stay far away.

      Delivery not as promised and customer service- in the Philippines- did not have the authority or interest in providing a replacement. Very disappointed and frustrating.

      My experience in 2022 has been good. I contacted Breck's during a weekend with a question about my order. They responded within 48 hours and had researched my question. Their answer was satisfactory. My order was split between fall and spring shipments. The fall shipment was great.

      Shipping is not when I was told. Ordered in plenty of time for recipient to get for their birthday. Will not be placing anymore gift orders from Breck’s.
