      They charge top price for third rate bulbs. They ship “replacement” bulbs that are nothing like what I ordered and was charged for. Anyone prefer black tulips instead of soft yellow? Those black tulips don’t fit in the garden. Terrible customer service. Last year I was charged for my entire order, but the hollyhocks were never sent. When I called them they insisted I am at fault because they must’ve sent with the paperwork says.Bulbs are tiny, full of bruises and brown spots. TERRIBLE QUALITY! This is my last order EVER.

      Be prepared to receive a lot of junk mail if you order from Brecks. I confirmed with a couple companies that I had never heard of, let alone given my information to, that they received my mailing address and personal information from Brecks bulbs. Not to mention the bulbs and bare roots I received were poor quality.

      The bulbs look good except for one cyclamen bulb that I do not have much hope for. I ordered these bulbs in June and they did not arrive until mid October. That timing may work in ontario but it is much too late for Alberta. I called a few weeks ago and they said they would try to send them sooner but it did not happen. I will not order from them again.

      Nowhere in the checkout process it tells you that when you order tulip bulbs, it will take two weeks to process the order THEN 3 to 4 weeks to have them delivered from Holland. So, if you think you have enough time to order and plant when ordering in early September, you are out of luck.

      Thank you for your feedback, I apologize for the miscommunication. It does state under the Breck's logo that it is 'Direct to you from Holland'. The shipping schedule also notes that bulbs and perennial shipments are direct from Holland. I reviewed your account and see that the order confirmation was sent out on 09/21/2022 and a shipping confirmation email (Shipped from Holland) was sent out on 09/28/2022. The order is expected to arrive in Port on 10/18/2022 and once it clears customs, you will be able to track it through ***** with the tracking number provided on our website. I do apologize for this not being more clear, I have forwarded it to our management team for review. If you have any problems with your order once it arrives, please reach out to our ****************************

      I apologize for saying "early September" while it was, indeed, the 21st when I ordered. I am still out of luck with it arriving to the port on 10/18 + customs + ***** shipping. This will put me too close to the first freeze - I will still put them in the ground, but I don't have high hopes for anything to take.I went back to the site and tried ordering another tulip kind. The only message on the checkout page is "Ships in 2-4 Weeks" right under the item. Which is what I saw and thought "oh ok, that's fine - I will have enough time". There is a "Find Ship Time" button where you enter your ZIP - but the only visible effect is that it displays your locale name next to it, so I'm not sure what ship time does it find? I clicked checkout, guest checkout - no information about dates, shipping times anywhere, at all.The only mention of anything comes AFTER I paid, in the confirmation email: "Please remember that our bulbs ship directly from Holland and the trip from there to your door may take a little longer than youre accustomed to.". Two points here - first, a confirmation email is just that, I saw it in my inbox, perfect, order on its way. Second, "A little longer" has an interesting definition here, which, of course, is subjective, but in my mind is what - a week? Not a month+ since order date.So, while the quality of product is probably great, I was forced to go shop local, in a physical store, to be able to plant. And I am slammed with breck's ads now on FB and gmail.

      Ordered ********** **********  Collection, on 2/27/22 for $92.62. I've never received. Called 4x's, given new ship dates. Still no bulbs. No communication as to delays. Cancelled today. Email refund statement is $84.99! In good faith, I paid $92.62 + waited almost 9 months. Not sure I can trust them. If there was a major delay explain that from the get-go. Not give customers the run-around, that destroys trust. This was my 1st x ordering & not happy with the results. Biggest disappointment no hellebores for my garden and I was so excited to add these to my flower garden & see these bloom. Oh yes got a $20. Gift certificate but will anything I order actually ship? Actually scared to try an order again.

      I have received numerous shipments over a number of years. I have never had a problem with the bulbs or tubers. However. rooted plants have been about 50% successful. It's a long ways across "the pond"! I was offered a refund or a credit. I ordered iris tubers which I will plant soon.(Blooms not expected the first and maybe second years.) I received courteous, quick service.

      I had ordered some spring blooming bulbs to be shipped in the fall. I talked to someone who said they would put a rush on my order and that it would ship within 3-5 days. a week later i still have not received an order or confirmation that it had shipped. speaking with someone else, they said the bulbs ship directly from ******* and wouldnt be to the ** for another 4-6 weeks. thatll be december for my zone. just beware if you order, that you check with them on a estimate shipping date. they need to update their website to say that the estimate shipping dates are from holland. to me, those estimate shipping dates are to tell me when they will be shipping to me, from their warehouse in ****. their customer service is nice and i was given the refund i asked for. i will give them that. but when it comes the shipping times and such, they will only receive 2 stars.

      My wife ordered flower and never got the first order and then the second order arrived on 8 23 22 and they were all dryed up nothing but trash,I called and requested a full refund to me ,never again will I order from brecks, they are not an honest company so with that said don't waste your time **************************
