    I spent ****** for window tinting service of all my windows including windshield. My car came with factory tints on back when I inquired about this service. It was suggested I put 15% on front 2 windows, 35% on back so that it would match and a foam tint on windshield. They did not match like suggested therefore they re-did them. I found some issues with the windshield (debris trapped under tint) so they agreed to redo as well. This was rescheduled a week out from when the front two windows were redone. During this week, I notice there are water/air bubbles in the tint on the passenger side front window. I attempted to ask them about this at the time of my windshield appt and I was told that **** (tint guy would call me about it. 4 hrs later, no call, so I called and was told that the water bubbles are normal and it take a a week, its this way due to it being cold, and that nothing is up for discussion. When I arrived later to get my car, they removed my windshield and nerve replaced it as scheduled. I later noticed that my necklace with my moms ashes were missing from my rear view mirror. I called about this and **** told me he remembered removing it and not putting it back. Told me to look under seats. My dad went up there and they denied responsibility, would not issue a credit, was verbally aggressive, stated that i will pay for the lil ***** dollar necklace, i dont care about it . The manager left the store and stated he wasnt the owner and that the workers were private contractors. I receive no compensation, no refund, no apology.
