    Ordered 3 vertical drop shades with motor in FEB 2023, was told it would be installed in 8 weeks. After many calls they won't respond and when they responded kept telling me they were waiting for 2 parts. After MANY more calls still no response and not installed anything. We paid $4097.00 5 months back and are still waiting. We don't want to go through with all this, please return our money, we will look into some other company.

    We have spoke with ************** several times in regards to her project. Like all our customers, we manufacture a custom product built specifically for their home. We have our customers to provide a 50% deposit just for this reason. This project is in production and several parts of this have been completed that can't be used on any other project. The deposit covers the materials for the job and is non refundable and shows that on our contracts. There are still some delays in getting raw materials but it is getting better. I have shared this delay with customer. No part of the project can be installed until those materials arrive for the completion of fabrication. Unfortunately it has taken longer than thought because of these material delays. We will be able to provide ************** with the finished product she ordered. We also will be happy to give ************** a discount of $500.00 for the inconvenience she has experienced. We provide an excellent quality product and are confident that she will be satisfied when completed.

    Shades By Design has NO customer service skills!!!! Very rude staff and not a professional company. ***** is a good salesman, other than that, his follow-up is nonexistent. Still waiting for him to fix a hole in our screens that he has known about from installation.Our contract was July, 2022.
