    I was a member in good standing at Chris Howe Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for seven years, training alongside my wife and child. Following my decision to terminate my personal membership in October 2024, I was subjected to hostile and unprofessional treatment by the owner, Chris ****, that created a toxic environment and prevented my family from continuing to utilize the services we are contractually obligated to pay for.Details:On October 24, I was observing my son's class at the gym when Mr. **** publicly confronted me in a loud and demeaning manner, stating I was not allowed on the premises. This occurred despite the fact that there had been no prior communication prohibiting my presence, and I was there solely to support my child.This incident created a hostile atmosphere and caused me significant embarrassment. Mr. ****** actions have made it impossible for my wife and child to continue training at the gym, as I no longer feel they would be safe under his ************** membership contract requires a 45-day notice for cancellation and payment for any fees incurred during that period. However, Mr. ****** behavior created the hostile environment which denies us access to the services we are required to pay for. I am seeking a waiver of the remaining fees for November and December (approximately $540) due to the circumstances created by Mr. ***** My wife and child have not been back for any services since the night of October ********

    Complainant had this fee waived even though he has a signed contract to pay. I even let him out of the signed contract without making him follow the specific steps in this contract in my excitement to never deal with this person again.
