    I had an insurance claim through my insurance company. The repairs on my car took longer than anticipated. Liberty Collision in ************* should have received the invoice attached to this complaint. On June 5, 2024 I was on a 3 way call with my insurance company and enterprise rental car. In which we discussed that Liberty Collision would be invoiced for the days between June 8th to June 14th. And Liberty Collision agreed to this. When I turned in the rental to *** at Liberty Collision he instructed me to make sure that Enterprise rental car does not bill me. I did not hear from anyone until I received a phone call from the phone number ************ stating that they have charged my debit card $341.93. When I tried calling the number back the office was closed. I called Enterprise rental car back and they responded that they needed to close out the invoice. I requested a credit back to me and they told me that I had to reach out to Liberty Collision and I called *** back at Liberty Collision and *********** me that he will take care of this. Now 3 days later I am still waiting on a resolution and I cannot get a hold of *** at Liberty Collision and when I call back enterprise car rental they put me on hold and will not return to the call. I would like to get my deposit back as well as the $341.93.
