    I hired ****** Carpet Cleaning to come and clean a brand new area rug that got dog pee on it. Their minimum fee was $100 so I had them also clean 3 bedrooms. The next day, the area rug was still wet and there were brown spots all over, and not just in the area where they cleaned the dog pee out. The bedroom carpets were crunchy. I called them to let them know and they set something up for him to come back that following Monday. He came out, re-cleaned the carpet and the next day, the rug was even worse than the first clean putting brown stuff everywhere. I just moved into the house a few weeks ago and the moving company soiled some of my items and sent their carpet cleaning people to clean the furniture they soiled. While they were here I had them look at it. He said they used way too much product and the pH was too high but felt like it was repairable. (That is also why the carpets in the bedrooms were crunchy) I have called this company and left 5 messages, sent an email and a text with pictures with no call back. This rug needs to be repaired or replaced as it was delivered Aug 12th. It's a $2500 rug. This is in our main area of living space and we do a lot of entertaining. This needs resolved asap. They need to either repair the damage or purchase me a new one. I also want refunded the $160 I paid to have the rugs cleaned for all of this hassle and no return call back to rectify the damage. I removed the 2 pieces of furniture that was on the rug and took pictures so you can see how much it damaged it as well as some close up shots.
