    Our daughter passed away on April 19,2023 and buried on April 27,2023 at New crown cemetery Our daughter passed away in another state and we had to have her transported back to Indiana we could not make it up there in time to sign the paperwork for her so we had a family member signed on our behalf so she could get buried.Now the cemetery says we have no right to find out about her and to deal with the family member who signed they have the rights we were assaulted on their property we are having issues with said family member and all we want to do is get our little girl a proper headstone and we cant do that because we got to deal with the family member who signed on our behalf.*********,***** are very rude to us they said we have no right to our daughter site and they wont tell us anything please no parents should have to deal with this ****.All we want is for our daughter to have nothing but the best she been through to much we want her to have peace and we would like to be able to mourn our daughter New Crown Cemetery is a joke very rude do not buried ur family member there if it wasnt against god rules we would have her re buried somewhere else

    My wife and I signed a contract with the New Crown Cemetery, ****************************************************************************************, ************. This was for a very simple plaque to be placed on the grave site of my ************************************************** This was signed on 17 Jun 2022. At that time *********************** indicated it would be ***** weeks for the completion of this plaque. I contact ***** on Sep 16 and ask about the plaque and was told it would be another ***** weeks. Called again on 1 Dec 2022 and ***** indicate it would be at ***** weeks and to call back again. This is taken much too long for a simple plaque. Always offering excuses and not dates. Need to get a firm date on the completion of this project.

    Dear Sir/Madam**** **** Please find attached all pertinent data to resolve Mr. *********************** complaint.  ************** approved the draft for the marker on 7/19/2022.  On 7/19/22 requisition #******* was submitted to our granite manufacturer.  On July 22, 2022 the company confirmed the marker order.  Per their confirmed order the estimated shipping date is 6 * 8 months.  January * March marker will be delivered to New Crown Cemetery.**** **** On 12/21/22 ************** called  New Crown Cemetery, he was advised it would be January * March for the marker delivery.  ************** is not happy with the response.**** **** Respectfully,**** *****************************/OM**** ************************************************** ******., IN  46203**** New Crown Cemetery

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    The method of the the response is what I am not happy with. ***** is the most rude and unhelpful woman I have every dealt with. She has no concept of customer service. We can not trust ***** with providing a honest answer to our concerns in honoring our contract and verbal agreement of dates for the Grave marker we selected. ***** has never gone the extra step in providing solid information or valuing customers time.She needs a lot of work on her people skills. She is very disrespectful and hung up on me during our conversation. I would not recommend the New Crown Cemetery for any reason. We will give them until 01 March 2023 to complete the job. If by 01 March 2023 I would want a full and total refund of $2196.30

    My husband passed away almost 3 years ago. I purchased a bench for his gravesite. It was delayed due to covid and it coming from overseas but it has been in the states since the beginning of this year. I have been waiting for almost a year for the concrete to be poured and the bench to be placed. The cemetery refuses to do it. It is heartbreaking to go visit my husband and have nothing marking his grave. I have tried to find an attorney but have been unsuccessful.
