      Subject: ******************** To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to formally dispute a $500 transaction made on October 28, 2024, through my Navy Federal debit card linked to CashApp. The payment was made to fund a custom clothing project, but the services were not delivered as agreed.Details of the Transaction:Transaction Date: October 28, 2024 Amount: $500 Payment Method: Navy Federal Debit Card via CashApp Summary of the Issue:I hired a service provider for a custom project and paid a $500 deposit in good faith. The agreement included the creation of two custom clothing items to be completed by November 30, 2024. While initial communication was promising, the service provider failed to deliver the items or meet the agreed deadline. Despite multiple attempts to contact them and resolve the issue, communication has ceased, and no work has been ************ Efforts to Resolve the Issue:I contacted the provider several times between November 7 and November 30, 2024 requesting updates and clarification on the project.I expressed concerns about delays and asked for a resolution, including the opportunity to inspect materials before work began.Despite these efforts, the provider has failed to respond meaningfully or issue a refund for the undelivered work.Supporting Documentation:Screenshots of the CashApp payment.A written timeline of events, including messages exchanged with the provider.Evidence of my attempts to contact the provider for resolution.This transaction was made with the expectation of receiving goods and services, which have not been provided.
