Enrolled and paid for a CPR class by this provider. Completed required online portion of the class which took nearly 2 hrs. There was supposed to be an in person class in addition to online education to receive BLS certification. The in person class was scheduled and canceled twice- the second time was canceled 30 minutes before the class was to begin. Provider requested ** to send her our credit card numbers to receive refunds leaving us open to credit card fraud.

We only ask for last for of the card used and NEVER ask for full credit card numbers. Your refund has been processed and takes 5-7 business days to reflect. We apologize for the inconvenience, we are experiencing staffing issues at the moment which is why we are providing refunds to all customers affected by the cancellations.

I was using this company to obtain my BLS certification. The first scheduled class was supposedly canceled because the building did not have power, however, I was at the building and it did have power. Eventually they class was rescheduled, however when I showed up, no one was there I have tried to call, leaving multiple voice messages, and multiple emails and have not heard anything back from the company about rescheduling the class or a refund for my money. There are multiple reviews on ****** and yelp and other websites stating that this companies also scammed them out of their money.

      Business Response
